Company Overview
Established in 2018, IT Depot LLC, specializes in providing a wide range of Information Technology consulting services. Prior to business formation, our Founding Members collectively gained well over 40 years of hands on, customer facing experience while serving in the Military, Federal, State and private sector organizations. During that time span, lessons learned have been captured and re-assessed to streamline processes and provide quality deliverables that exceed expectations.

Program Management (Sub Contract)
Federal Agency | Awarded 2018 - Present
- Requirements: Provide the personnel, planning, direction, and coordination support necessary to accomplish all work requirements contained in the SOW.
- Challenge: Complex projects with various stakeholder involvement, tight deadlines, shifting priorities, constraints, and schedule challenges.
- Solution: Transitioned to Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Impact: More time to focus on customer value which improved overall quality of deliverable's, improved customer engagement, create transparency and trust.
DevOps (Sub Contract)
Federal Agency | Awarded 2018 - Present
- Requirements: Scripting/DevOps support to teams for deployment customizations scale-up/down resources, load testing and other needs.
- Challenge: Developer and Testing teams were waiting on resources, which caused delays with sensitive applications being deployed.
- Solution: Implement DevOps cycle.
- Impact: Better resource management with improved application development.
Cloud Support (Sub Contract)

- Requirements: Migrate applications to the Cloud.
- Challenge: Estimating computing cost, aligning cloud migration strategy with mission objectives and operating systems incompatibility.
- Solution: Assess the needs and requirements, provided thorough input, utilized various tools and phased approach to deploy applications into the cloud.
- Impact: Migrated applications into hybrid cloud providing higher availability, improved storage and security.
IT - Network Services (Sub Contract)

- Requirements: Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, application software, hardware and configurations.
- Challenge: Legacy equipment near end of life and/or expired software licenses.
- Solution: Assess enterprise environment and recommend new hardware and software, provide detailed status reports, design drawings & documents, technical interpretation, site investigation reports, design review, process improvement plans, quality enhancement, configure new devices & tools, submit service & strategic reports.
- Impact: Latency reduction & improved network performance.

IT Depot has provided and continues to support various Federal Agencies across multiple disciplines. Since the very beginning, we’ve provided support to various size organizations with different scope requirements and various missions. Projects managed often included constant change, challenging budgets with competing time constraints. Our experience and lessons learned has enabled us to better utilize industry tools and best practices for increasing the likelihood of success. Our Executive leadership gained valuable experience while serving in the military, and grew up professionally in Information Technology while serving as Intelligence Analyst, Help Desk Technicians, System Administrators, Network Engineers, Security Analyst and Project Managers. This professional growth trajectory provided the opportunity to understand the voice of the customer, execute service delivery, and utilize agile methodologies to better manage change and improve efficiency.
